Self harm tendency
I am undergoing treatment for depression for 3 years. Though my anxiety and depression symptoms have completely gone. But very recently I have started doing self harm . I feel relieved on seeing myself bleed. I am on clonazepam, escitalopran15 , bupropion 150. ?? How do I overcome this urge.

Daughter behaviour - 8 yr old
Hello Dr. My 8 yr old daughter is not behaving in discipline, she is not listening or understanding her own. We have to give each instruction, brush, and wash our face after eating, wash hand/legs when we return home from outside, wear night dress, she is not following these basics on her own. We are repeatedly talking to her about this n now we are often getting angry on her. Do we need to have any counseling for this?
