Usually on reducing food and eating less carbs used to reduce the weight atleast 1 or 2 kgs. And weight used to be around 84kg. But now it has increased to 88kg and not reducing. She have thyroid is taking 62.5 thyronorm and is in some family stress. Her iron levels are low and is taking medicine. Do she need to test anything specific.
After installing water purifier, the tds level of water is mostly 2 and sometimes it show 1 ppm. Is it safe to drink water of this low level? Will it adversely affect my health?
For weight loss what's the best way to measure progress? I don't like weighing scale measuring since it fluctuates a lot and demotivates too! Should we consider inch loss or any other way?
I am trying to lose weight since last two months walking and yoga and avoiding dinner but no benefit . Not a single inch I have lost . Now m tired . Last year i have done full body checkup also . Not facing any issue . Please let me know wat should i do
