I had joined NutriAdvice in Nov with 95 kgs of weight . Life had started to become difficult with my weight . My movements had become slower , I had become lazy , had found solace in food . I won’t deny that I am a foodie and loved to cook 👨‍🍳 also as a hobby. I was footballer till my college and played all games . Breaking of my shoulder in 2007 and ankle in 2009 while playing resulted in me hitting the food table with a vengeance. Got blood pressure, use to snore , was lazy . I Was 98kg, Blood Sugar A Mess. When I Ended Due to Travel I Was 93/94, Because Of Nidhiji ‘s Practical Approach, A Life Style Change and Scientific Approach,

I Managed To Keep Off, Any Weight Gain In 6 Months.

Dr Nidhi’s diet plans are very organised at the same time start helping you loose meticulously your weight. I had no side effects of the diet plan like constipation or acidity neither weakness. She has asked me to eat a lot of green vegetables and fruits which made my skin glow like never before. We all think we know the best as on to cut off on food but until I met Nidhi I was seriously struggling to loose weight even my diet was very controlled or marginal. She knows her work the best.

She is very friendly experienced explains in detail and treats in a way that is easy to follow. She always attends any query and gives quick and right solution. She keeps track of each of her patient's progress and encourages. Her therapy is easy to follow.
