Eat Right With Kamna Bhandari

Even since I was young, I've had to struggle with weight loss. I've tried all sorts of get quick weight loss diets. I used to get motivated to hit the gym on day 1 but by day 3 would lose all sense of motivation to lose any weight. Sadly couldn't say the same for weight gain. Last year, I had hit my peak and decided to work on myself. That's when a dear friend recommended Dr. Kamna to me. Kamna’s diets are extremely easy to understand and follow, and if there were times when I didn’t have the required help at home then she would readily modify my diet by giving me foods that were easy to make or didn’t even require much putting together. We consulted Kamna for getting our diet in order and help with some of the health issues that we had started noticing. Kamna helped us plan the diet that fit and was sustainable to our lifestyle. She explained how she was designing the diet and helped us get a better understanding of what we should be eating and when so that we can operate independently as well.
