I am a 26-year-old male. I have small bumps on my foreskin, redness, and rash on the penis area. There's also a bad smell and sometimes burning while urinating, especially after spicy food. I can't retract my foreskin fully. Is this fungal infection or phimosis? Please advise treatment.

I have open pores on my nose and some acne. I am using a face wash with 2% salicylic acid and 2% nicinamide twice daily from last 1 month but open pores are still visible, what to do? I have extremely oily face, every 2 hours face gets oily more on nose area and forehead. Also what is correct way to use this sliycinamide face wash to get maximum effect, earlier I used to apply it on wet face but then I read online that apply on dry face and wait 1-2 min and then rinse it to increase effect of active ingredients in face wash.
