Stay hydrated, start tab pyridium 200 mg twice daily (after meals), your urine color will turn orange/ reddish ( do not worry). If you can get your urine culture tested locally that would be great. Meanwhile start tab cefuroxime 500 mg twice daily ( if you do not have allergy to any common medication). All the best. Wish you good health.
