I am a tall thin boy. I fell all the day sleepy even when I sleep in night 8/9 hours ,and I mostly eat only one time in a day because not felling hungry.
So plz give me some suggestion to become healthier and help for avoid sleep day time .

hey, you need have sound sleep in night ,do exercise daily ,run for a kilometer daily in the morning ,it increases your appetite and also you will be active during day time
