if you are expecting names of medicines, I'm sorry you won't get any names here.
you should consult a dermatologist in person and get it checked out before taking any treatment or your face will become even more worse.

it depends on extent and site of the scar... if superficial can be overcome with cream and ointment if more there also other procedures to reduce to some extent... consult dermatologist..
