102 Fever with body aches and cough

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My wife is having 102 fever which is not reducing. CBC count show normal results. Fever is accompanied by body aches and cough.

Hi I need to know the values of CBC count. Also I want to know whether there is cough with sputum or its just dry cough and also is there any sore throat and cold . Right now take Tablet Sinarest one after food in morning and night. It will work for fever head ache and cold too. If symptoms does subside antibiotics needed to be started or other test might be required to be done .
