My son (age 6years) has 102.8f and high fever with bad mouth odor what will be the reason ?shall i take him to hospital because goes up and down and sometimes normal

Yes it could be oropharyngeal infctn, dental caries or evn typhoid fvr Kindly cnsult doc for early poper management Gve parctmol 250mg to cntrol fever if u find lil delay in showing doc
