Hello Doctor my lil boy is 11 months old having cold from last 1 day Please suggest should we give Maxtra Oral drops or Maxtra Syrup and dosage as well

Any of them but dose will differ according to weight,, you have not mentioned weight,, drop 0.8 ml 8 hourly x 3 days
