12 mm Kidney stone in bladder
Do I need to get it operated or can i pass with some traditional methods? I have passed it in the past. Any help?

Where exactly is the stone? Kidney or in bladder? 12 mm stone won't pass off by itself. It will need to be fragmented and taken out. It may get stuck in the urethra and block urinary passage. Also you will have to take medicines to prevent stone formation.
