14 m kid Vomit after meal

Asked for Female, 1 Years

My 14 month daughter keeps vomitting after meal (within 5 mins to hr)..she is suffering from last 2 days..no symptoms of any fever.. Also her gums are emerging...not sure if this has something to do with her condition...

Looks like acute gastritis . Give her domperidone orally. Try to maintain child's rehydration by giving oral rehydration solutions. Better show her to a local pediatrician for better child management. Regards
