Today evening when i started warmups for exercise, soon after almost 10 jumos strted feeling my heart beating real fast. Then checked pulse rate with the help of oximeter..it was 130. Gave half hour gap without dng exercise and checkd again...it was 148. Please suggest me what should be the next step i should take?
Note: Recently 25 days back, discharged frm hospital with moderate covid and hence i was not doing exercise these days. Slowly strtng now.
