1st ultrasound with no heartbeat

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I had my ultrasound on 7 weeks 2 days from my last period date but my pregnancy is shown only 5 weeks old. Desidual reaction is gud. There is no heartbeat or anything else seen . I know when I conceived because that was the only day I had sex and since that day if I count my pregnancy it is 5 weeks only . So is this something to be worried of ??
