2.5 year old boy with grey hair strand
I have noticed a grey hair strand in my baby's head 2 months back and thought it could go off and may be due to his cold and fevers he had in previous month's .but it's still there and I doubt there are two . I am worried now is this any underlying issue that I should be concerned or can you please suggest any multi vitamin or B12 that can resolve this. Can I use zincovit drops? Wht should be the dosage? He is 12.6kg weight. He has long hair till his waist and hair cut has not been done till now due to unforeseen situations. And we haven't noticed any itching or scaling so far.using cetaphil baby shampoo twice a week.
