2 fingers can be passed in mouth hardly.
Mouth is not opening fully due to chewing tobacco. I visited doctor few years back, they used to inject medicine in mouth and had taken 4-5 and left afterwards. There was no improvement at that time and the situation is as it is till now.

You need to get it treated immediately because if you still delay it there can be chances of progressing to cancer so consult a oral medicine specialist and get it treated but injections are mandatory and it takes time to heal

hi Your symptoms point  towards Oral submucous fibrosis. You should visit a dentist , preferably a specialist in oral medicine or oral and maxillofacial surgeon asap to prevent worsening of condition.
Next Steps
