2 year boy has urcetaria with fever
2 year baby has urcetaria with fever for past three days. Rashes all over body. Fever will come and after giving p125, fever goes.... But for past one 12 hours, even after giving p125 fever is not reducing... Before this 12 hours took blood checkup.. And no sign of dengue.. Pls help

Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely.
If not accompanied by any other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness,just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
If not reducing,try syp combiflam instead of plain paracetamol.
For urticaria,add syp atarax 5 ml twice a day for 3-5 days.
