I was jogging in the park 2 yrs back when I experienced a stinging pain in my right knee when my right foot landed on the ground. Have consulted multiple orthos since but never got any definite answer from anyone with the 1st doc saying my cartilage is damaged and its the start of end of my knee.
Finally yesterday got a MRI done. It says - GRADE I INTRASUBSTANCE SIGNAL CHANGES IN POSTERIOR HORN OF MEDICAL MENISCUS.
Doctor said it will heal with Physio, Physio doc suggested few exercises : half squat, lunges, rapid step ups and side leg raise.
My question is that will this issue get fixed as for past 2 yrs every day I wake up with a slight pain in my knee with pain increasing if I walk a lot?
