My period got delayed by 20 days. Three times pregnancy test kit came negative. Please help me. Please help me what I can do.

Get an ultrasound done to rule out any ovarian cysts. Contact your gynaecologist for that. you may be prescribed a hormones to start withdrawal bleeding
