I am about 20days pregnant. i did MTP. last might i took misoprostol two tablet vaginally and 6 hours later i took 2tablet orally. but till now only cramping and spotting is there. there is no bleeding? what should i do further

Wait for 48hrs if still no bleeding occurs.
Then u ll hv to do an ultrasound pelvis to see the status and accordingly further management can be decided.
