21 month old not speaking much
My baby boy turned 21 month old today. He doesn't communicate verbally much. He produces animal sounds like baa-baa, neigh, moo, hiss,but doesn't say Mama or Papa or any other word. Sometimes he babbles mama and papa but doesn't tag us by these words. He understands command and responses to them also. He can identify few body parts also but doesn't name them. Should I be worried??

By 1.5 years baby should start using 1 meaning ful word..
If not we better start evaluating baby... so that we dont waste precious time..

Also stop any screen time.

Some babies will start talking soon
Some will get delayed
Both mother and father and grand parents and any siblings should sit and talk with him
Point to everyday items and name it
Right now he is babbling
