24/7 painfully cold feet. Getting worse.
Hello, My feet and halfway up my knee become painfully cold. It used to freezing cold but now the pain has surpassed the cold. No diabetes. Vegetarian diet, so potentially low on b12 vitamins. No nerve damage as such but hands used to spasm and unconsciously jerk sometimes. Doesn't happen anymore. Hands used to be cold too but that surprisingly disappeared.

If symptoms of neuropathy, legs symptoms precedes hand symptoms.. only sensation loss or variation in legs.. vit b12 deficiency could cause. Can get a serum vitb12 levels done. Then decide on treatment or further workup
