  4. 24 hrs Proteinuria little high. That ok?

24 hrs Proteinuria little high
My PCR ratio is normal ..but I have protein of 309 mg in 24 hours .. can I leave it by not taking any medicines? Is that ok? Waiting for your answer doctor. Thanks.
