25mg of Hydrcodone and 2000mg of Tylenol

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I just had hurniea sergery and I accidentally took 25mg of Hydrocodone and 2000mg of Tylenol, I also take 60mg of Cymbalta daily and 1mg of Xanax twice daily as needed for panic attacks. I am scared I took too much medicene and I am having a panic attack, it has been 5 hours since I took the 25mg of Hydrocodone and 2000mg of Tylenol, can I take my Xanax for my panic attack? Do I need emergency medical help?
