28weeks 3days pregnancy
Hi,im in my 28weeks 3days of pregnancy i spotted today so done IG scan sharing the reports... IN a report im having 3.20cm cervix length but my doubt is i diagnosed with short cervix with closed OS which was 27mm in 24th week to till last 2weeks back...i mean in 11th August it was 27-28mm approx... now it is showing 3.20cm is there chances of thickening cervix in 15days? Please clear my doubt

Full or empty bladder during scan contributes to the variability in cervical length measurements
Moreover cervix is a dynamic part of uterus and observer (sonologist) variations and ultrasound machine variations also contribute
