Hello doctor, I'm on my second period of the same month. The last I got my periods were on 25th June. However, I got my second period on 8th July. Today is my third day of the second period of the same month. I have a polycystic ovary, but this is the first time I'm experiencing this. My periods are usually on time and I have a cycle of 30 to 32 days. I've been leading an unhealthy lifestyle for a month or so which I need to change and getting breakouts. Is it normal to have two periods in a month or it a matter of concern. Also, the bleeding is quite heavy with red clot sometimes. Thank you 🙇♂️

Hi. Getting periods twice within 30 days is not normal . You can take tab Trapic 500mg three times a day for 3 days to decrease the blood loss . Since you are having changed lifestyle it may be the reason . If it happens again then get a Pelvic Scan done . Try to be active and do some excercise for 30 min daily .
