3-4 time daily need to go washroom.
I am facing gas problem since many months. I am 35 years old. I hv go to bathroom 3-4 times daily. I am having breakfast, lunch and dinner in time. Only in evening time i am getting very hungry then i am having outside food.
Please confirm me how much time should go to washroom ideally.

You should meet a gastroenterologist . You are troubled by frequent usage of restroom . You may have to get examined by the doctor and a few changes need to be made to your diet pattern .
