My 3.5 month baby was always easy going and would be fine as long as she is fed and diaper changed on time. But these days she cries a lot and is fuzzy most of the time. She is consolable only if I hold her.
Her body feels hot all the time but when I check her for fever, result is around 98.8 F only always. Its difficult to put her to sleep even when she is clearly sleepy. Also, earlier I was feeding her 120ml of formula each time but these days she drinks around 90ml and then starts wiggling a lot and rejects further feed. What could be the reason? Could it be teething. How can I help her?

Teething is unlikely at this age, I am not sure what feeling fuzzy means, if the child has persistent irritability I would recommend getting her checked by the pediatrician
