My problem is when i was lifting I had a stiff back from last week's lifting but I didn't think about it much but when I whent for my 2nd to last reps (275) deadlifting and I got it up to my waisted and as I was going back down my BACK MADE 3 BIG POPS LIKE IF I WAS CRACKING MY finger but 10 times louder and I collapsed to the floor in pain and my coutch helped me to the bed thing and put ice on my lower back

Hello sir, got to know about your problem. If you have stiff back again and again it means your core muscles are weak. Please do core muscles strengthening exercises. And do progressive resistance exercises in gym.
