3 fractures in knee
Patient is 60 years female- with body weight 117kg She slipped in balcony nd got the right knee bent..which as now has swelling... doctor advised surgery... is it right to go for it

It's a tricky question..a fracture yes has to be fixed..but need to check the risk vs benefit ratio..need to check all her comorbidities and her fitness..if all are fit..I would go ahead coz otherwise she would be bed bound for a long time..
