Good evng dr I'm in 31st week according to ultrasound n taking livogen-z which is not available now, Took medicine from govt scheme,they also distribute but that contains carbonyl iron 100mg,folic acid 1.5 mg,elemental zinc 22.5 mg,B12 15 mcg in contrast to livogenz which contains iron in form of ferrous sulphate instead of carbonyl n that too in half quantity ie. 50mg and no B12. can I take above formula instead of LIVOGENZ. Also when will my next  ultrasound happen ,last was on 19/6/2020)29th week n baby in breech position n according to LMP Baby is 31 week(actual LMP 17/11/19) at that time when ultrasound calculated 29 week. Thnx
