Hi doctor today I undergone growth scan,one baby have high risk flow in umbilical artery ,doctor prescribed betni injection two days,chances of preterm labor,is their is any exercise r any food that bring everything normal..please clear my confusion..doees walking helps to bring everything normal.please clear my confusion
