31 year old female experienced spotting

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Myself 31ys/f. Last period on 5th oct, 2017. I had sex on 22nd oct,2017. on 27th oct i saw blood spots in my underwear. i am having creamy white discharges as well since few days. having leg cramps, headaches, general unwellness. Am i getting my periods early? ( I am hypertensive on medication - amyloguard 5 mg)
