31week pregnancy
Hello im in my 31week 3days of pregnancy,Since becoming pregnant, I find my poop floats... only few times it won't... its like type 5 stool... what will be the reason ? I stopped eating spicy foods completely from one month Im from north karnataka and  our regular food is jowar roti we eat rice very less say weekly once Daily morning in breakfast i eat dosa / idly with peanut  chutney or poha or upma In lunch : jowar roti n curries like French beans,flat beans, beetroot, Bombay chutney, cabbage,steamed green leafy veggies,daal, sometimes  rice and vegetable sambar In dinner: same as lunch, sometimes upma Stopped drinking milk also,and i love sweets so daily will have 3bites of sweets like groundnut chikki,2 bites of mooti chur laddu please help me out im developing gas n type 5 stool  which floats Im under medication Susten 300mg and duvadlian 10mg daily once along with iron and calcium tablets

Take o probiotic.. Cap Darolac twice a day or Econorm sachet once a day Include curd in your diet Ignore the type of stools if you don't have gas or flatulence
