36 week 6 days pregnant
I am 37 week 6days pregnant and since last week having 2 -3 times water leakage, but not sure if it is white discharge or not. But I have no pain, even the liquid discharge is only 3-4 drops , not of a huge amount. Could anyone please suggest if I should.be concerned, as the baby movement is still there. But a little bit less movement than previous week's. I have appointment on tomorrow, but as I am tensed, asking here.

Yes definitely you need to be concerned.
Go to emergency room and get yourself examined.
A speculum examination will confirm if you are leaking or its increased vaginal discharge.
