374 is sugar
My mom is suffering from diabetes from last few years. We never did check up between 2013 to 2017. We just did few days back and it came 306 (before) and 356 (after). We thought it is measurement mistake. So we again did check up after 15 days. It came 156 (before) and 374 (after). Now, we are confused.

You should not wait anymore to start medications. Her post meal sugar is high enough to require medicines.
