38 weeks pregnant with 9 AFI.
Hello, My wife is 38 weeks running and her AFI is 9 with EFW of 3500 gms. Is there anything to worry about? She is already on Argigrow medicines.

38 weeks Good size baby Adi in lower side , if NST is normal then Induce labour If NST non reactive then lscs and play safe

AFI is borderline. But thats normal at 38 weeks. U can plan induction for normal delivery in a day or two after discussing with your doctor.

You are already term and so plan for induction of labour as already the baby is comparitively bigger. More u wait till term u can end up in lscs. Better talk to ur doctor and plan based on Bishop's score
