3mm in epididymal cyst
Having 3 mm cyst in right side causing discomfort and sometimes pain also. Had got usg Doppler also . Doctor says no need to worry .It will not impact anything and can be left unoperated.
But due to regular discomfort I want to get rid of it. What will be cost in Delhi NCR and issues with surgery.

Surgery is not needed. Surgery for 3mm cyst can cause more damage to testis rather than curing

Regular pain in your testis is unlikely arising from the tiny cyst. However there may be some other cause for the pain. Seek opinion from an urologist or else take Tele consultation
