Can it be because of congestion. 4 months Baby vomiting and passing loose motions 2 times which is very sticky . No cold or cough observed . He is trying hard to crawl too and frustrated

Stop bottle feeding if giving top feeds,use a katori and spoon,give exclusive breastfeeds if possible at regular intervals of atleast 3 hours.
Use syp ondem for vomiting half hour before feeds,add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days.
If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like dullness or fever or refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.
