40 years old with Diabetes test report
Hello. I am 40 years old. I have recently done a test for Diabetes. Pls, see the report as below: 1. Glucose fasting- 95 2. HbA1c- 6.6 3. Estimated average glucose (eAG)- 143 So, do the above reports say that I am Diabetic? Also, in general, which food should be strictly avoided for a Diabetic and which food are strongly recommended for a Diabetic? Awaiting your response. Thanks

Yes ur report suggest u have diabetes. For u need to start exercise regularly and maintain ideal body weight. Need to have healthy eating habits. Absolutely stop direct sugars like sugar, jaggery or honey, have more quantities of pulses grams and veggies.
