  4. 4months baby care. , anything to worry?

My baby is 4 months old now and he has not passed stool for 3 days now.Passing Urine is normal.He drinks milks however since he ha s not passed his motion he vomits as he is full. Also he has cough and cold.What I should be doing , anything to worry?

You have not mention that your baby is on breastfeed or formula feed if on formula feed it is common to pass motion irregularly.
