5.9 mm renal calculus
Usg done. Found 5.9 mm renal pelvic calculus, tiny , non obstructive. Also done endoscopy. Severe antrum gastritis found.

Small calculus likely to pass on its own with proper hydration. However if it persists beyond 3months get RIRS or ESWL done.
