5 weeks pregnant, experiencing sharp pain on right side of uterus that travels up toward ovary and lower stomach area. Not bleeding or anything severely life threating. Can this be a normal occurrence?

You can get slight lower abdominal cramp like sensation during pregnancy Get a scan done ro rule out ectopic pregnancy at the earliest
