5mm stone stone in kidney
Sir
Have been diagnosed with stone in kidney via ultrasound of 5 mm size and have been suggest to drink alot of water no medication required need your opinion as expected to travel abroad for over a month and i dont have ant health insurance covering me there .

Usually 5 mm stone in kidney will not cause any problem.. Best solution is to sting adequate water daily... You won’t have any problem even if you travel abroad provided you maintain proper hydration by drinking adequate amount of water daily...
