Hi,
My son is going to turn 6 years on June 2020 and his foreskin is tight and when we try to pull it back he says it pains. His pediatrician prescribed Valbet cream for 30days. Was jus looking for a second opinion.

Hi...
Usually foreskin retracts completely by 4-5 years age .. if not, the creams too won't be of much help. U can try it for a month ..but if he is having poor stream of urine ,any urine infections ,swelling at tip ..please visit me or any other Pediatric surgeon. I m a Pediatric surgeon n ped.urologist
