Hello Doc A week ago I had severe pain in centre of my stomach. Coincidentally in sonography a kidney stone also detected. Today when I woke up early in the morning I suffered from severe sharp pain near right side of waist and back so we again done a sonograpy whose report is attached. Please let me known do I need to see a Urologist or it can be removed using some medication.

U need to get a CT KUB to confirm the stone location and size. The USG report is confusing and not 100% confirmatory.
