Hello I have recently noticed that ear of my 6 month lo smells. There is no pain, no secretion but there is foul smell. No cold or flu or fever like symptoms. No hard ear wax or pus like signs. What shall I do?

Hi I can fully understand your worry.
Clean the ear with ear bud only the outer part... Also hold the baby semi recumbent while feeding. CLEAN the neck folds with smooth wet malmal cloth after each feed... Do not put oil in ear...
DO you bottle feed baby?

Is the baby breast fed or bottle fed
Clean the outer ear after bath with a clean soft cloth
Sometimes milk or liquid food gets accumulated in the folds of the neck and this will give a smell
Clean the neck region front and back with a soft cloth after every feed
