I am 22 year old. Not mi amnot having periods since 6 months. I got my usg done . In report it was written that Bilateral ovaries appear bulky with multiple tiny peripherally arranged immature follicles and central echogenic stroma
Right ovary- ( 4.4×2.8 cm, vol-18 cc)
Left ovary- (3.5×2.0 cm, vol- 10cc)
Adnexa: normal
