6 months of amenorrhea
I am 22 year old. Not mi amnot having periods since 6 months. I got my usg done . In report it was written that Bilateral ovaries appear bulky with multiple tiny peripherally arranged immature follicles and central echogenic stroma Right ovary- ( 4.4×2.8 cm, vol-18 cc) Left ovary- (3.5×2.0 cm, vol- 10cc) Adnexa: normal P.O.D: NO free fluid Impression Features suggestive of pco changes My wgt is 47 kgs I look so thin Can this be treated? Is it difficult for me to get pregnant?
