6 months old-Runny stools with mucus
My 6 months old son is pooping greenish yellow runny stools with mucus (not very watery) in fewer amounts 3-4 times a day almost after every feed. He is a formula fed baby and not on solids yet. Baby is otherwise active and peeing normally. Is this Diarrhea?

If the motion contains mucus or blood or it's foul smelling than there could be some infection for which treatment is needed

if the consistency is different from his usual potty and the frequency is higher than his usual ,then this is diarrhea. it could be infective. kindly consult with your pediatrician for further management
