My 6 months old son is pooping greenish yellow runny stools with mucus (not very watery) in fewer amounts 3-4 times a day almost after every feed. He is a formula fed baby and not on solids yet. Baby is otherwise active and peeing normally. Is this Diarrhea?

if the consistency is different from his usual potty and the frequency is higher than his usual ,then this is diarrhea.
it could be infective. kindly consult with your pediatrician for further management
